No heating in the room despite the heaters in the corridor outside being on. Found a bug in the bed when I pulled back the covers - searched for more bugs but thankfully it was just the one

Near airport, cheap price.

Room was in an external building, was dark with poor lighting outside, lots of single men staying and hanging around outside, as a female this made me feel vulnerable.

For the money we paid, it was a very comfortable and warm and staff were for welcoming. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall good value considering how close it is to airport

Very close to airport - within 15 mins drive. Check in up to 11pm. Clean bathroom and beds. Heating warmed the room up well. Despite the issues, this was good value for money and you get what you pay for - we needed something cheap and close to the airport so to have a clean bed and bathroom was a big positive.

Is very dated overall and room smelt musty but opening the window helped this. Walls extremely thin, we heard what sounded like a couple next door having s*x and only using the room for an hour but they were very noisy!! Table in room was dusty.

Very comfortable, staff lovely just needs the shower sorted. Great breakfast choice.

Lovely room with comfortable bed and good tv service . Addition of fridge great - also had microwave!

The bathroom was cheaply fitted - towel rail fell off the wall when I went to hang my large towel. Hot water took a long time to come through and then was like warm with shower just a trickle.

Very good value for money,staff helpful,cosy smaller room than last time I stayed,clean and still love the fridge and microwave in the rooms.

Room was comfortable.

No info in room 're breakfast or how to contact reception. Reported tv not working. Number of guests Sat. Night grouped in corridor/stairs annexe rowdy 1-10am till 4-10am. No way to contact reception. Checked out 8-45 unable to raise concerns reception not open.

Staff very friendly and the full English breakfast was one...

Staff very friendly and the full English breakfast was one the best I have had in a while as everything was cooked perfectly.

Only small issue, was that being an older room, the sockets to plug in chargers were not as easy to access as in the more modern rooms in the annex.

OK but wouldn't return in a hurry.

Bed was fairly comfortable, there was a microwave in the room. Bathroom was nice but no hooks for dressing gowns etc. Carpet in the room looking quite new.

Breakfast didn't offer much for vegans, no non dairy milk or spread. Rooms were noisy, we could easily hear conversations in adjacent rooms and when we heard a creaky door opening during the night we thought it was our room. Wall paper was peeling off in quite a few places.

Cheap, comfy and convenient for us Breakfast smelled good although we didn't have any!

Couldn't find how to turn down heating, it was very warm in room which is unusual!

Location Good. Staff attentative.

TV didn't work, was not told that at check in. Wasn't their fault due to bad weather. However, apart from this, the room was spacious. Décor a bit tired but acceptable for the price paid.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Despite asking in advance for a gluten free breakfast and paying in advance, this could not be adequately provided. Have requested a refund. Bar closed very early. Walls in the annex were so thin that my son and daughter in law got no sleep due to the room next door blaring out the TV all night and it was still loud as we were leaving.

facilities for tea and coffee was more than adequate for our stay. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave this was exceptional.

Ok hotel for airport travel

The proximity to the airport.

A little bit old fashioned and tired looking. Noisy from other guests banging doors and being loud in the corridors. Noisy water pipes in bathroom. Tv kept changing channel and switched itself on in the middle of the night.
